Enjoy personalised interior design expertise conveniently from home. Starting with a tailored questionnaire followed by our online call, we ensure your needs, tastes and lifestyle inform every recommendation we make to support your design goals.
And, if you want to engage our expertise beyond the 90 minute session, we provide a range of add-on services for an extra fee including the development of floor plans, moodboard creation, shopping lists, curated sample packs and a more detailed bespoke cabinetry consultation including the creation of media units.
We also provide practical connections to trusted suppliers and tradespeople if you live locally, ensuring your project moves smoothly from vision to reality.

Schedule your initial consultation online at a time that suits you. You’ll receive a questionnaire ahead of our call to help us understand your needs and style preferences.
Phase 2
Download Zoom
We’ll meet virtually via Zoom, a user-friendly online platform that makes face-to-face conversations easy. Simply download the free app on your computer, tablet or phone.
Phase 3
Gather your Inspiration
Collect your inspiration, whether it’s photos, room measurements, existing plans or your Pinterest board. Sharing your ideas with us ahead of time ensures our recommendations align perfectly with your vision.

Book your consultation and before we meet, we’ll send you a questionnaire to help us understand your space, goals and style. During the Zoom/Teams call, we’ll talk through your brief in detail, offer tailored design advice and recommend next steps, whether it’s a new layout, colour palette or ideas for furnishing and finishing your space beautifully.

The more you can share in advance, the more focused and productive our time together will be. Completing the questionnaire is the first step. You can also gather inspiration images, measurements, architect plans (if available), and photos of your space, anything that helps us get to know your project better.

Please include photos, floor plans, inspiration images, and links to your Pinterest or Houzz boards when you return your questionnaire. If possible, we also recommend sharing a short video walk-through of the space in advance, this helps us get a clear sense of layout and flow. Of course, we’re equally happy to be taken on a live walk-through in real time when we meet online on the device you're using if that’s easier for you.

We aim to make the most of your time. Many of our clients are pleasantly surprised by just how much clarity and direction can be achieved in a single session, whether it’s refining layouts, choosing colours and finishes, or identifying the right product direction.
We’re efficient in the way we work and experienced in quickly tuning into a space, which means we can often cover a great deal within the 90 minute call. If you have more than one or two rooms to discuss, or would like to go into greater detail, we recommend booking a longer session. We're happy to advise on the right format once we’ve received your enquiry.
We also offer follow-up consultations or additional services that can be tailored to your ongoing needs.

Absolutely. If you’d like extra time or ongoing support, we offer flexible add-ons and follow-up sessions to suit your project. Just let us know what you need and and we’ll allocate the time for you.

Yes, where appropriate, we’re happy to recommend trusted tradespeople or suppliers. While we don’t manage the implementation (unless you're local) as part of the Virtual Design Service, we’ll always point you in the right direction and offer advice on getting the best results.

During your consultation, we’ll provide tailored recommendations based on your space, style, and budget. We offer a personalised shopping list as an add-on service. This includes handpicked items that meet your design vision and investment level, saving you time and ensuring each piece works beautifully together.
We can recommend both new and antique items, including made-to-order pieces. Once we understand your preferences, we’ll provide an estimate of the sourcing time and confirm with you before proceeding.

As part of our add on service we can share links to products to make it easy for you to buy online, we don’t offer any discounts.

We’ll send you a clear summary of everything discussed, including any design recommendations and potential next steps we’ve suggested so you have a helpful reference to guide your decisions moving forward. If you'd like further support beyond the call, we can also advise on how to continue working together through our other services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
